Install Hey LiveChat on your site in under a minute. Both plugins use the same license — your widget key works on WordPress and WHMCS at the same time, and every chat lands in one dashboard.

Download for WordPress
  1. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin

Hey LiveChat for WHMCS

v2.2.0WHMCS 8.0+~4 KB

  2. In WHMCS admin, go to System Settings → Addon Modules, find Hey LiveChat and click Activate
  3. Click Configure, paste your widget key and grant access to your admin roles
  4. Save — logged-in clients are recognized automatically, no pre-chat form for them

Using another platform?

Any website works — paste this one line before </body> and replace YOUR-KEY with your widget key. The widget is updated centrally; you never touch it again.

<script src="https://app.heylivechat.com/widget.js" data-key="YOUR-KEY" async></script>

Where's my widget key?

It's in the license email our team sends when your request is approved. Lost it? Your workspace owner can copy the chat link and key from the dashboard — or request a license if you don't have one yet.

Why isn't this one tap?
Apple doesn't allow any website to install itself with a single tap — Share → Add to Home Screen is the official iOS way for every web app. Two taps, once, and you're done. Android shows an Install banner in Chrome.
